Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return artwork within 14 days of delivery.
 
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• The artwork must be in its original condition.

• The artwork must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
   

Refunds
Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the artwork. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
 
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Commissioned artwork

• Customized or personalized items

• Digital downloads
   

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact info@marlowek.com within 14 days of receiving your order. I will provide instructions for returning the artwork.
